Who Should Attend
The March 10th meeting is for anyone participating and/or working in continuing medical education. Those working in CME for state accredited (by MAG) or nationally accredited (by ACCME) organizations, as well as physicians and non-accredited providers who serve on planning committees are all welcome to attend.
Meeting Purpose
We’d like to share what we learned at the recent meeting of the Alliance for CME in New Orleans. Please bring your experiences if you were able to attend, as well as your questions.
Lunch
Delena Montgomery will be coordinating a box lunch for us. Please plan for $15.00. Payment details will follow shortly.

Directions from the North Atlanta Area
From the Atlanta area, take Interstate 85 north to the Highway 316, Exit No. 106. Take Highway 316 for approximately 40 miles to Athens where it intersects GA Loop 10. The entrance to Loop 10 is located across the bridge on the right. Turn right onto GA Loop 10 North and continue for 6.3 miles to the Prince Avenue Exit. Exit, then turn left onto Prince Avenue. Follow Prince Avenue for .8 miles to the third traffic light. Turn right onto King Avenue. Take the fourth entrance on your right. The Medical Services Building will be straight ahead after you turn into the parking lot.
Directions from the South Carolina Area
From the South Carolina area, take Interstate 85 south to Exit No. 149. Turn left and go south on US Highway 441 to Athens. At the intersection of Highway 441 and GA Loop 10, turn right onto GA Loop 10 and proceed to the second exit at Prince Avenue. Turn left onto Prince Avenue and continue one mile to the third traffic light. Turn right onto King Avenue. Take the fourth entrance on your right. The Medical Services Building will be straight ahead after you turn into the parking lot.
Directions from Interstate 20 at Madison
From Interstate 20 at Madison, take Exit No. 114, Highway 441 north through Madison to Athens. At the Highway 441 and Milledge Avenue intersection, turn left onto Milledge Avenue. Continue until Milledge Avenue deadends into Prince Avenue. Turn left onto Prince Avenue and continue to the third traffic light. Turn right onto King Avenue. Take the fourth entrance on your right. The Medical Services Building will be straight ahead after you turn into the parking lot.
Directions from Interstate 20 near Conyers
From Interstate 20 near Conyers, take Exit No. 82. Follow Highway 138 east until it connects with US Highway 78. Take US Highway 78 until it intersects with Highway 316. Turn right onto Highway 316 and continue to Athens. At the intersection of Highway 316 and GA Loop 10, cross the bridge and then turn right onto GA Loop 10 North and continue for 6.3 miles to the Prince Avenue Exit. Exit, and then turn left onto Prince Avenue and continue .8 miles to the third light. Turn right onto King Avenue. Take the fourth entrance on your right. The Medical Services Building will be straight ahead after you turn into the parking lot.
Directions from Lexington via US Hwy 78
From Lexington or other points east, take US Highway 78 west through Lexington and Crawford to Athens. Once in Athens, Highway 78 becomes Highway 78 Business route. Follow Highway 78 Business route two miles to where it intersects Milledge Avenue. Turn right onto Milledge Avenue. and continue until Milledge Avenue deadends into Prince Avenue. Turn left onto Prince Avenue and continue. Turn left onto King Avenue. Take the fourth entrance on your right. The Medical Services Building will be straight ahead after you turn into the parking lot.
Directions from the Gainesville Area
From the Gainesville area, take US Highway 129 south through Jefferson to Athens. US Highway 129 becomes Prince Avenue after passing GA Loop 10. From this intersection, follow Prince Avenue one mile to the fourth traffic light. Turn right onto King Avenue. Take the fourth entrance on your right. The Medical Services Building will be straight ahead after you turn into the parking lot.
Directions from the Cornelia/Clarkesville Area
From the Cornelia/Clarkesville area, take US Highway 441 south to Athens. At the Highway 441 and GA Loop 10 intersection, turn right onto GA Loop 10 and continue to the Prince Avenue exit. Turn left onto Prince Avenue and continue one mile to the third traffic light. Turn right onto King Avenue. Take the fourth entrance on your right. The Medical Services Building will be straight ahead after you turn into the parking lot.
Directions from the Hartwell Area
From the Hartwell area, take Highway 29 south through Danielsville to Athens. At the intersection of US Highway 29 and GA Loop 10, turn right onto GA Loop 10. Follow GA Loop 10 to the Prince Avenue Exit. Exit, and then turn left onto Prince Ave. Go one mile to the third traffic light. Turn right onto King Avenue. Take the fourth entrance on your right. The Medical Services Building will be straight ahead after you turn into the parking lot.
